Christmas at the Courthouse to showcase performers from twenty Hamilton County Schools

Students sing at the old County CourthouseOver the first two weeks of December, the annual Christmas at the Courthouse concert series will showcase student ensembles from twenty Hamilton County Schools.

“This decades-old tradition for Hamilton County Government recognizes public servants and elected officials with sounds of the season provided by students from elementary, middle, and high schools in Hamilton County Schools,” said Claire Stockman, arts director for the school district.

Each concert will take place within the historic walls of the “old” Hamilton County Courthouse. There will be a concert each weekday between December 2 and December 13, with concerts starting each day at 11:00 a.m. Superintendent Dr. Bryan Johson and members of the Hamilton County School Board will be recognized at the performance on Tuesday, December 3, 2019

December 3, 2019 - Loftis Middle & Allen Elementary

December 4, 2019 - Red Bank Middle & Middle Valley Elementary

December 5, 2019 - Howard Connect Academy & Clifton Hills Elementary

December 6, 2019 – Chattanooga High Center for Creative Arts

December 9, 2019 - Hunter Middle & Wallace A. Smith Elementary

December 10, 2019 - East Ridge Middle and High & Spring Creek Elementary

December 11, 2019 - East Hamilton High & Ooltewah High

December 12, 2019 - Brainerd High & Tyner Academy

December 13, 2019 - Central High & Wolftever Creek Elementary
