Friends of CSLA to host a fundraiser featuring the new Lady Vols basketball coach

Photo of Kellie Harper.The Friends of CSLA (Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts) are hosting an evening with Kellie Harper, the new Lady Vols basketball coach, on Friday, June 14 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Iles Physical Education Center on the Southern Adventist University campus.

Coach Harper will speak about her inspirational journey as a three-time woman's NCAA Basketball National Champion (1996-1998) under Pat Summitt, to her dream job as the 2019 Tennessee Lady Volunteers head coach.

Be a part of this interactive audience event to learn about playing basketball under legendary Coach Pat Summitt, Coach Harper’s time as an assistant coach for our local UT Mocs, and how she recently led the Missouri Lady Bears to the Sweet Sixteen.

The Friends of CSLA is a support organization that seeks to connect the community with the mission of the school. The group also seeks to improve awareness of CSLA programs and increase funding to benefit students and teachers at the school. David Carroll from Channel 3 will be the master of ceremonies for the event.
