Better opportunities for children today mean a brighter future filled with possibilities for our graduates, their families, and the community.

Over the past two years, Naylor has worked with the Aviation Explorers program and helped to start the Institute of Aviation at Brainerd. He helped to form advisory boards by making contacts for the school. Naylor has brought many people from the aviation field to the board at Brainerd. The contacts have been invaluable in the first year of operation for the Institute of Aviation.

“Mr. Naylor is always willing to host students and teachers at the airport through teacher externships and field experiences,” said Glenn Perry, assistant principal at Brainerd High, “He is passionate about providing opportunities for students to learn about the aviation field.”

Naylor serves on advisory boards, provides advice on curriculum, and shares ways to improve the aviation program. He is a great supporter of the work to prepare students for the future through Future Ready Institutes in Hamilton County Schools.

“Mr. Naylor promotes the Institute of Aviation throughout the Chattanooga Community and in Tennessee,” said Jeanette Tippett, coordinator of Brainerd High Future Ready Institutes. “He has connected our school with people in the aviation field at the local, state, and national levels and he helps at events at Brainerd and the district to promote Future Ready Institutes and the Brainerd High School Institute of Aviation.”
