During my tenure as Assistant Principal, I led initiatives that significantly increased daily attendance rates and reduced chronic absenteeism through effective student engagement. In addition, I have completed the HCS LEAD Principal Program, which has further prepared me for leadership roles in education. With over 15 years of experience and positive impact in the field, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a solid foundation to my role at Dalewood.
